  • Knowing How To Walk Away Ep. 23
    Feb 24 2026

Have you ever felt that quiet nudge from God telling you something needs to end… even when it’s hard to admit?

In this episode of the Faith & Work Podcast, we talk about one of the most difficult leadership decisions we ever face, knowing when to walk away.

Walking away from a job that drains you. A commitment that no longer aligns. A habit that holds you back. Or even a dream God is asking you to release.

Through personal stories, biblical wisdom, and practical reflection questions, Carole helps you recognize when God may be prompting a change and how to walk away with courage, clarity, and peace.

Because walking away isn’t quitting when God is leading… it’s obedience.

  • How to Live Out Your Faith Without Words Ep. 21
    Feb 10 2026

What does it look like to live out your faith when you can’t talk about it?

In this episode, we explore how faith is often revealed not through words, but through the way we show up with our character, our integrity, our work ethic, and the way we love others. When conversations about God aren’t welcomed or allowed, our lives can still preach a powerful message.

Drawing from key passages in the New Testament, we unpack how Jesus modeled a faith that was seen before it was spoken and how we can do the same in our homes, workplaces, and everyday relationships.

If you’ve ever wrestled with how to honor God in environments where faith feels quiet or constrained, this episode will encourage you to remember: your faith is still visible, even when it’s not verbal.

  • How To Stay Focused at Work With a Clear Mission Ep. 19
    Jan 27 2026

In today’s episode, I’m sharing why having a personal mission statement has become such an important anchor in my own faith and work journey.

This conversation isn’t about control or productivity, it’s about identity. It’s about understanding who you are in Christ and allowing that truth to guide how you show up in your work, your relationships, and the everyday decisions that shape your life.

I reflect on how mission statements are often used in organizations to create clarity and direction and why that same clarity matters just as much on a personal level. Looking back, I can see how defining my mission sooner would have brought focus, shortened difficult conversations, and helped me stay aligned during demanding seasons.

Psalm 119:105 reminds us, “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” A personal mission statement doesn’t replace God’s leading it helps us walk more faithfully in the light He’s already given, especially when life feels noisy or overwhelming.

My hope is that this episode encourages you to slow down, reflect, and begin crafting a mission statement rooted in faith one that reflects your values, invites accountability, and keeps you grounded in every role and season God calls you into.

And if you do write your mission statement, I’d love to hear it. You can text it to 615-669-3209. I’d be honored to read it and cheer you on as you live with greater clarity and intention.
