The world needs more women in business especially, in the online space. Women only take up 9% of the executives within the corporate world and yet there are some extremely brilliant women out there who are very talented. Women seem to struggle with a different set of mindset issues than men do. This is mainly because women care so much about what others think and also tend to go inward about their worth whereas men don't seem to care a whole lot about what anyone thinks and simply just go after what they want for the most part.

Even though our world is flooded with apps and software which is geared towards making our business easier and less stressful, the actual result is MORE stress.

There are plenty of mindset shifts we could have such as designing your day the way you want it to be rather than just being reactive to whatever life throws at you and we always talk about these things in the podcasts but there ARE strategies you'll want to adopt too.

When you want to destress your business which in turn will certainly destress your life too, you'll want to practice new ways of thinking and behaving. Our problems are always rooted in the way we think. Our thoughts create very visceral feelings in our bodies such as anxiety, stress, doubt, fear, and overwhelm.
