Anxiety is something many of us live with every day. Whether it’s work, health, family or even the state of the world, there’s a constant overload of worries that can be exhausting! In today’s Fearless STEM Careers with me Hayley Loren, I share five simple methods to managing anxiety, to help you feel happier, energised and more in control.

Anxiety is something that I personally experience daily and over the years I’ve learnt ways to manage it. Being honest there isn’t one simple solution, but I find having a toolbox of methods you can utilise depending on how you feel can be a huge help. On one day you may find a short walk is enough to relieve your anxiety, but on other days it may feel like nothing’s working. The five methods I share in this episode are my personal safety blanket and anchor that always help me gain relief and "feel myself" again. If there’s one thing the Queen has taught me it’s to be unwavering in your purpose. It’s to show up, to do the hard work and not give up.
