Each short diary is recorded in the field or at home and offers an intimate glimpse into a life shaped by nature, from monsoon rains in Borneo to the first frost on Ben Nevis, from night swims in moonlit lakes to the quiet of a diver after surfacing from the sea.


There is no host. These are not interviews. Just real voices noticing the world as it changes around them, and as they themselves change.
