Stepping into each new year prompts us to pause for reflection and contemplation. In our first episode of Season Two, we share our personal processes for discerning our words for the year: how we listen, notice, and invite both wisdom and strategy.

We share honestly about what it looks like to stay focused on those words throughout the year—not as rigid goals, but as invitations for alignment, honing, and recalibration. This is a conversation about partnership with Christ as we allow our internal narratives to be reshaped by truth, learning to preserve our ideals in the midst of everyday life.

We also acknowledge the sacred limits of our own effort. Even as we synthesize and grow, there are places only God can sift... spaces of sanctification that cannot be rushed or controlled. Together we are called into the tending of many landscapes of our lives: the overgrown, the barren, and the already-tidy, trusting God to meet us in each one.
