    After the last episode (Failing: Part 2) the discussion quickly picked back up and got heated.  The panel continued on with their discussion on failing and how it can affect your ability to get a job.  The also discussed that if going to college or even getting a high school diploma is necessary for certain jobs.  Some of the discussion references celebrities dropping out or not going college with even singers going on tour at early ages.
