In today’s episode I’m talking about putting our “brave hat” on. By this I mean making the choice to practice bravery in following our own Inner Guidance even when we’re really scared. Even when we have no idea where it will lead. Even when we feel like we have no idea how to do this.

I talk about how being brave when following our Inner Guidance is not something we have or don’t have, it’s a choice – a choice that we can choose to make or not. I talk about how I’ve learned to put my brave hat on over and over and how when I do this, it always serves me in immeasurable ways.

In today's episode I talk about when our Inner Guidance feels like it's calling us in one direction so we do it. But then it seems to call us to do something else that seems like a different direction. And then maybe we even get called back to our first direction... And we feel like screaming and saying, "Ugggh! What is it calling me to do? What is the right path?"

I describe how I felt like this recently and how I was able to tune into a dream from last night to help me understand what was going on and what my guidance was really calling me to do. As part of this episode I talk about what a consciousness change - or state of being change - is and how and why we have them. I talk about dreams and share how dreams can help us receive clarity from our Inner Guidance, and I talk about much, much more.

In this episode I talk about my experience having very old, "zipped away" or locked away energies and feelings come up. What that was about and why it happened, how I experienced it and responded to it, and so much more. Key to this is the message that when or if this happens for us, all we need to do now is feel it. ("It" being whatever is coming up for us.) We don't need to fix anything or solve anything or make any other changes. Just becoming aware and feeling the energy -- is what we're calling ourselves to do via our own Inner Guidance.
