Last day we went with Mico and some friends deep into Southern Estonia's woods to pick mushrooms. I haven't seen that many mushrooms in my life. We found a 1kg boletus and a few bags of other various gourmet mushroom species. We made a risotto with 1L of wine, and still had a lot of shrooms left over the next day so we cooked one hell of a meal.
