Dr. Michael Bowie, clinical assistant professor and director of community engagement and diversity outreach for UF's College of Veterinary Medicine shares how he and his colleagues are engaging and mentoring African-American middle and high school students to encourage their interest in pursuing veterinary medicine as a career.
