We always have a reason to rejoice! Jesus died, rose again, lives inside of us and makes intercession for us to this day! Let your expectation grow as you rejoice in God for what He’s done and for things you haven’t seen yet, because those things are already done too!

We don’t have to be afraid to ask God to search our hearts and cleanse anything that doesn’t belong. Jesus said, “I am gentle and humble in heart…” (Matthew 11:29) God is gentle and desires for us to have a clean heart before Him. All we need to do is genuinely ask Him to take it away. Then… let it go! God Himself will not only cleanse us but also fill what’s missing with something better so we can live righteously.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a right and steadfast spirit within me. Psalm 51:10

God is everywhere all the time and has made His presence available to us 24/7. God desires to reveal Himself! All it takes is calling on Him and requiring His name through prayer and praise.

Only God can satisfy us completely. Only God can sustain us permanently. James 4:8 says, “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you,” (also see Jeremiah 29:13). As we longingly draw near to the Lord, refusing to accept any other means of satisfaction, He will surely draw near to us and reveal Himself in ways we never dreamed of.

We have a Strong Deliverer who protects us in the day of battle through life’s hard situations, disappointments, grief, or despair. Are you giving power to something that’s actually powerless, making something bigger than our mighty God? Take your focus off the situation and reverse your confession as you worship, today. Declare God as the One who sits higher and is greater, stronger and mightier!

When we face mountains, or insurmountable circumstances, Jesus said, “Tell them to move.” The victory over mountains belongs to us, not because of anything we’ve done, but because we are standing in the strength and victory of Jesus Christ, the power of Heaven and earth! Our worship services are fully submitted to the flow of the Holy Spirit. No matter the set list we have in place, if He wants to interrupt with something unexpected, our plan is to follow His plan. Every “From Above” is a Holy Ghost interruption into our worship service, whether it’s an exhortation or encouragement, or even a prompting to prayer or spiritual warfare. Whatever happens, expect the Holy Spirit to move mightily in you as you make it a habit to praise the Lord.
