I recorded this episode this past May with my bro Ronald Ollie aka Head. After this episode, for some strange reason, I got writers block. Not the correct terminology, I know but I didn't have the will to post anymore. I have a bunch of thoughts and feelings as to why, but maybe later I can explain. This journey is perfect and the great things is, I can reset as many times as neccessary. This episode was a special one for me. Head and I got a chance to recconect after so many years of chasing our dreams. We talk alot about how that journey has changed us, the ups, the downs, and navigating our mental health. I really wanted to thank him for bringing such an authenticity to this episode. Despite me dropping this months later, I feel like it is still a great listen. Please be sure to rate, review, share, and subscribe. Any and all support is appreciated. Love!

Big Thanks to my guy Phill Carr, he was open to talk and be honest about alot of different topics. He's well educated and has a unique story of his own. The interesting thing about podcasting is getting to know the journey's of so many different people. This podcast episode goes in a ton of different directions. We talk food, music, hoops, and more. Phill and I talked so long i had to create a 3 part episode series! I was lowkey afraid of dropping this episode because its really unfiltered and i would ask if you would listen with an open mind. I appreciate all those that follow the FOTA podcast please be sure to like, comment, share, rate, and review and as always. Thank you for listening.

Nick is a CEO for his clothing brand Gratitude Chicago, as well as currently being in Georgetown Law school in D.C. so he's been busy for quite some time but he made time to sit down and chop it up. We talk about his upbringing in the city of Chicago, how he started his business and many many other topics that i think you may want to hear. Please be sure to like, comment, rate, review. • Steven Bennett
    Mar 11 2025
The podcast is back up and running and I got a chance to sit down and catch up with one of my former Butler teammates, Steven Bennett. It's crazy to say that our collegiate run was almost 9 years ago. We are getting old man. Steven has since been in medical school preparing to become an Orthopedic surgeon. We talk about his journey through med school and how he made that decision to become an othopedic surgeon. We also, raise the question of how can Butler basketball get back to the success its had in the past as well as the topic of leadership and what it takes to lead. I'm glad to be back on the mic and i hope that you enjoy this episode. If you like this podcast please like, rate, review, and subscribe. Thanks for listening!

  • Tony and Stephanie Meier
    Jul 29 2024
Before I left Poland, I had an opportunity to sit down and record an episode with one of my all time favorite teammates, Tony Meier and his wife Stephanie. These two are some of my favorite people I've come across in this business and their story is worth the listen. They have overcome alot to live the life they live and are paving the way for more americans to have children that are born and raised in different countries. This is conversation I truly enjoyed and I hope you will too. Please be sure to rate, review, like, and subscribe. And as always, any and all support is appreciated

  • Stay In The Moment
    Mar 6 2024
Episode 19 here. I have one question guys. Who's gonna carry the boats and the logs? S/O to David Goggins. This episode is for those who need that brief reminder to stay in the moment and be grateful for the present. I'm sure we all live somewhat of a busy life and it can be very demanding. But it's always enough time to take a moment for yourself. I talk alot about what it means to be present and the benefits of slowing down just a tad bit. I also go on a rant about social media being a crapshoot of negativity. Bring your lunch pales and your hardhats. It's gonna be a good one! I hope you enjoy. Please be sure to rate, review, like, and share. And as always, thank you for listening.
