  • Circle Unbroken 10-30-2024 I'm Glad You're Here!
    Oct 30 2024

On this show, Taft is joined by Tim Sassen. The two of them have built a speaking and coaching initiative called "Find Your Hum" and they walk through several components of that on today's episode. One of the highlights of this discussion is the often unrecognized power of simply showing gratitude that somebody has decided to show up in your life. Often times, prompting the response: I am glad you're here! Being thankful for the presence of others is a powerful thing.

You will hear Taft and Tim reference the FYH website several times on today's episode. It's really important for organizations to understand that there are different puzzle pieces that make up the whole team picture. During the times that we currently live in, unity is more important than ever. This begins with a fundamental understanding of our differences and appreciation of our strength.

You can find more about the initiative here: www.findyourhum.com
