College can be a unique time for many people, and can open up your mind to new experiences and even new movies that may become ones you cherish for a lifetime. Here to discuss some of the movies they discovered while at schools of higher learning, the Geek Salad crew is back with episode 271: What's Showing in the Quad?

Join Andy, Mike, Joe, and Katherine as they discuss some movies they either discovered in college, or ones that just ended up becoming ones they watched pretty much on repeat. Strap in for several 90s... classics? Well they were enjoyable enough for us to remember and enjoy.

Ever since 1975, summer has become the crown jewel of the movie-going season. So with so many movies released during that season, it is inevitable that there be some movies that perhaps should have been more highly regarded, and some movies that perhaps were too highly regarded. Here to give some of their hot takes on the matter, the Geek Salad crew is back.

Join Andy, Mike, Joe, and Katherine as they each bring up a summer movie they feel deserves more love, and a summer movie that they feel is too highly regarded. Expect plenty of controversial opinions, especially from Andy (and because Mike is editing this episode, he gets to write that).
