  • Music, Grief and ADHD - How Noah Kahan Helped Me Process My Loss
    Jun 5 2026
Get in touch to see how I can help you! https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/ In this episode of Gifted With ADHD, Juliet reveals her connection with Noah Kahan's recent album "The Great Divide" and how it helped her process loss and grief. ADHDers often create deep connections with music, whether it is associated with life events, emotions, or simply used to block out a busy mind, music can be used as a powerful tool in understanding your ADHD HOST BIO Juliet was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 50, after a lifetime of believing she was fundamentally flawed—without realising there was a biological explanation behind her struggles. Years of executive dysfunction, perimenopause, and rising anxiety had left her overwhelmed and questioning her own potential. Her diagnosis marked a turning point. She immersed herself in understanding ADHD and, in doing so, discovered something even more transformative: a spiritual perspective on what it means to be human. Through this lens, Juliet was able to release limiting identities shaped by five decades of misunderstanding herself. She learned how to navigate emotions—like anxiety—with greater ease. She has two-years training in counselling and now has an established coaching practice supporting adults. • Motherhood and ADHD - Why Mums Should Put Themselves First
    Jun 2 2026
Get in touch to see how I can help you! https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/ In this episode of Gifted With ADHD, Juliet talks with Marie Arymar, coach, author and host of Precarious Parenting. They discuss all things motherhood and ADHD, from behaviour management to organisation. Most mothers NEVER put themselves first, this episode explores the idea of investing time and patience into yourself, helping you realise that you ARE enough, and that you are a good parent. MARIE BIO: Most of the mums I work with are holding everything together on the outside — and quietly unravelling on the inside. Most of the young people I work with feel like no one really gets them. My work is simple, but it's not always easy to hear: you're more okay than you think. And so are your kids. As a Clarity® Coach, I work one-to-one online with mums and young people (from age 9 upwards). I don't give advice or fix problems. I listen deeply, ask the right questions, and help people find their way back to what they already know — because the answers are usually already there, buried under the noise. I'm also the author of Do You Want To Know A Secret? — a short, illustrated book about inbuilt resilience, for ages 8 to adult. Available on Amazon. I'm the host of Precarious Parenting — a podcast of honest, real stories from real people. Available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Amazon. Plus I'm the creator of Us, In Our Words — a recorded conversation that captures the love, laughter and stories between two people. A keepsake, for keeps.
