Today’s not only my 51st birthday… it’s also the 5th birthday of Goals With Soul 🥳

What started as a leap of faith in December 2020 (in the chaos of a pandemic, no less) has become one of the most soul-nourishing parts of my business - and life.

I’ve released over 200 episodes, interviewed incredible experts, and built a space that I’m genuinely proud of and this podcast now ranks in the top 1.5% of global podcasts. But this episode isn’t about the accolades.

It’s about the journey. The detours. The dips. The unexpected lessons.
And the inner growth that’s been way more powerful than anything I could’ve planned.
