Divine appointments don't look like appointments they look like interruptions. God orchestrates collisions
between lives. The Good Samaritan didn't plan his detour; Peter and John weren't expecting a healing on the
temple steps. The question is whether we're paying attention when our path crosses someone else's.

You can't reach who you won't approach. Jesus intentionally moved toward the people others avoided into
Samaria, across the lake to the demoniac, up into Zacchaeus's tree. Reaching one at a time requires both
physical and relational proximity. To do what God wants requires going where God sends.

You can't give what you don't have. Before we go out to reach others, we must first be rooted deeply in Christ.
The early church in Acts 2 shows us the model devoted together first, then sent outward. Outreach flows from
overflow. We go through others only after we've received deeply in Him.

Jesus consistently zoomed in on the individuals that crowds overlooked: the tax collectors, the sinners, the lost. He sees, saves, and celebrates one at a time. Using all three parables in Luke 15, this week casts the vision for the entire series: who is the "one" God is calling you to focus on? How impractical and reckless might we become, for one?
