    2. Identify one moment this week where you feel the urge to perform, please, or prove. Ask yourself: “Am I doing this from truth or a need to be accepted?”
    3. Affirm this daily: 🗣 “I no longer beg to be seen by people who refuse to recognize me.”
    4. Do one thing just for YOU. Not for applause. Not to be liked. Not to be picked. For your peace. For your healing. For your freedom.

    Example: “Like I mentioned earlier, I’m not available for that.”

    Or: “I understand it’s frustrating, but my answer remains the same.”

    1. Say it out loud. Practice it. Own it. Breathe through it.
    2. Hold the line. Even if they get uncomfortable. Even if you feel guilty. Because protecting your peace isn’t about pleasing them — it’s about choosing you.
