Many rely on New Year's resolutions to help get them there. Unfortunately, resolutions don't work for a lot of people; search online and find out for yourself. The statistics are staggering. When our resolution attempts fail, we tend to stay the same person year after year. The good news is, WE HAVE A SOLUTION, UP YOUR RESOLUTIONS. This Holiday season we have been tapping into two main things to make our Holidays Happier. Thanksgiving (the Holiday as well as the mentality) and our inner child. The last several episodes we have been focusing on the Thanksgiving side.
