• 36. Inside My Talk at a Mental Health Symposium: Three Unexpected Lessons on Relationships and Leadership
    May 28 2026

In this episode, I’m bringing you inside my presentation, Building Cultures of Care: Relational Leadership for Systemwide Wellness and Belonging. I recently delivered this talk at a mental health symposium for education professionals. I spoke to a room full of mental health leaders - counselors, school psychologists, and district-level professionals - about what it truly takes to create cultures of care inside schools and systems.

We explored how relational leadership shapes the educational field, why emotional wellness must be centered in leadership practices, and how the hardships leaders face - both personal and professional - impact the way they show up for their teams, their students, and themselves.

And there’s a twist: while I went in to teach, I ended up learning just as much from them. The lessons I took away were truly surprising and eye-opening. In this episode, I’ll share not only the insights I brought to the table but also the valuable perspectives I gained from these incredible professionals. It's a conversation filled with mutual learning, and I can’t wait to share those surprising takeaways with you.

  • 34. For the Woman Who Wants It All: Embracing Love, Purpose, and a Life Fully Lived
    May 7 2026

In this episode, I’m sharing a message for the woman who wants it all - love, purpose, support, ambition, and a life that truly feels full. I’m inviting you into a personal moment - a moment when I received a text that said, “I am so proud of you for doing the hard work to create the life you dreamed of.” That message opened up a conversation about what it really means for us, as women, to choose desire, self‑love, and the courage to create the lives we truly want.

In this episode, I talk about the three types of women I’ve seen:
    • the ones who are also on that journey of building their dream lives,
    • the ones who stay quiet because they’re in that messy middle, and
    • the ones who don’t yet understand why it’s okay to want more.

We dive into how we, as women, are often conditioned to accept “just enough,” to be chosen rather than to choose, and to be agreeable rather than truly discerning. There’s real power in learning to name our desires, understand the difference between being wanted and truly wanting, and in choosing relationships that feel aligned and mutual.

In this episode, I dive into:
    ✨ why desire isn’t dangerous - it’s a compass
✨ how patriarchal conditioning teaches us to mute our needs
✨ how discernment transforms dating, relationships, and self‑worth
✨ why burnout comes from ignoring desire, not wanting too much
✨ what becomes possible when we stop choosing from fear

I share my own journey of unlearning, healing, and becoming the woman who could hold a healthy, aligned relationship - and how I now guide other women through the same transformation.

This episode is for the woman who wants:
    • a partner who meets her emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually
    • a life shaped by desire, not urgency
    • a full, beautiful, aligned life

And I remind you: “You’re not asking for too much. You’re asking for a life that feels like yours.”

If you’re ready to reclaim your desire, honor your truth, and build relationships that feel mutual, steady, and aligned - this episode will meet you exactly where you are.
