Hello Sweet Friends! I'm back! This week we are talking about facing fear, what living inside of trust for ourselves looks like, hitting a spiritual bottom, and facing the pains of suffering. I share a little about why I haven't been here with you the last month, and the medicine I received from my journey with fear. 

How can we rise, dance with our challenges, and make them serve us? In this episode, I share the difference between responding to our challenges vs. running from them or bypassing them. We lean into our strength, resilience, and our connection to the other realm to respond.

In this episode I share how a dark period of my life triggered a geographic that took me to a community of women that re-awakened my wild woman. This week we curiously ask ourselves: Have we banished our wild woman to the dungeon? Where are we suppressing her? We remember our wild child, a place and time we felt free to be ourselves, and we begin a practice of journeying with her and keeping her close. We continue our practice of trust for ourselves in the other realm.
