1.) Take moments to have "Quiet Sips" of time throughout the day

2.) Enjoy "Slow Mornings" before the day gets busy; it will set the tone of the day.

3.) Believe and Accept God's Promise of Rest fro his people: [Hebrews 4:9-10 NLT] 9 So there is a special rest still waiting for the people of God. 10 For all who have entered into God's rest have rested from their labors, just as God did after creating the world.
