Our FIRST deeper discussion episode of the semester is live! Anna and Jessica talk about Stuart's first sermon in this episode, and they dive deeper on the struggle of not fearing condemnation, the unique joy of having the Holy Spirit in their heart, and other topics!

This semester, Stuart will focus on Romans 8. This week he talked about verses 1 and 2, where Paul writes about not being afraid of condemnation if we are believers in Christ. Christians don't have to be afraid because of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross and the presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

Join Anna and our new guest, Emily Traylor, as they discuss Stuart's latest sermon about Paul's instructions to believers to be content in life. Listen along as they describe the challenges of being in a committed relationship and still trying to find time to serve the Lord. They also talk about how Christians shouldn't find their identity in whether or not they're married, but rather their relationship with Christ.

Stuart covers 1 Corinthians 7:25-40 as Paul talks about being content in your current life situation. Marriage is a calling for some but not all. Paul says that the unmarried person is freer to worry about the things of the Lord and how to please Him, while the married person typically has more anxiety about the world and their spouse.

Ezra, Anna and Avari discuss some of the topics from Stuart's latest sermon about sexuality and God's two plans for it. As young people in today's society, it can be increasingly hard to remain pure. Sex is everywhere, and it's normalized. These young adults, some single, and some in dating relationships face the temptation of sex, masturbation and porn. Take a listen to their personal challenges and experiences with avoiding temptation and obeying God's Word when it comes to sex.

Stuart's fifth sermon in the series titled "Biblical Manhood and Womanhood" discusses Paul's take on sexual immorality and the two patterns of sexuality from God. He talks about the benefits of sex inside a biblical marriage and how this is a pleasing thing to God, while on the other hand it can be a dangerous and temptation if not completed in the right scenario.
