From young, our parents taught us to not be selfish. But this battle against our own selfishness does not end once we're adults. Shaytan's promise leads us to selfishness, but Allah's Promise is True, and it will lead us away from selfishness.

Continuing through Al Adab Al Mufrad we come to the section on giving advice and seeking advice from others.

Did the Prophet PBUH laugh? Did he ever teach us about laughter? How much did he smile? A small session to answer these questions.

We reflect on a selection of ahadith - learning about guiding people to good, about the default status of forgiving people's harms against you, to teach people in a way that is easy for them, and silence when one is in anger.

Additionally, the end of this session also speaks about the warning the Prophet PBUH gives those who oppress their fellow Muslims for their own gain, such as the situation in Sudan. May Allah liberate our ummah around the world from their oppressors, whomever and wherever they may be.
