Closing your eyes for just 2 seconds at 100 km/h means traveling 80 meters completely blind.

Every year, thousands of fatal accidents happen not because drivers are reckless, but because they are exhausted. In this episode of The Guiding Voice, host Navin Samala sits down with Shyam Sunder Reddy, Founder and CEO of Power Nap, a groundbreaking highway infrastructure startup building automated smart sleeping pods across Indian highways starting at just ₹99/hour.

Shyam shares the eye-opening story that triggered this venture, how micro-sleep silently causes catastrophic accidents, the challenges of scaling an offline physical business, and why rest—not just fuel or food—must become non-negotiable for travelers.
