I’m a CPA and have recently made the shift to focusing primarily on building my real estate portfolio. I’m located in NY (Long Island). I have 25 doors/units total right now with 11 more currently under contract. I primarily invest out of state in IN on a purely remote basis (I’ve never step foot in IN). I obtain all of my IN properties off market through my marketing campaign that consists of VAs and digital advertising. I also own two STRs in TN - Smoky Mountains Area.
