It’s about observing life through the eyes of an artist. Not an artist as a profession, but as a way of seeing.

It starts with ordinary things; a conversation, a business, a relationship, money, a tattoo, a book, something that happened that day. Then we follow the patterns underneath them. Instead of telling you what to think, we slow things down to notice what’s already there.

The underlying idea is that your life isn’t just something that’s happening to you. It’s something You are actively creating. Every decision, every belief, every habit, every conversation adds another brush stroke to the piece you’re making.

These episodes are simply a collection of those observations. Some are practical. Some are philosophical. Some will leave you with a better question than the one you started with. By the end, you may find yourself seeing things a little differently. Like you’ve been handed a different pair of eyes.

If you’ve ever had the feeling that there’s more going on beneath the surface than most people stop to notice, you’ll probably enjoy it.

It’s less about finding answers, and more about learning to observe your own life with a little more intention. Like the artist you’ve been all along.

It's the confidence in a child's eyes, when they present to you the rock they found, or the toy they love, or the piece of art they just made.

As creators of our world, we should take notice of our energetic state of being when we are speaking words, or reacting to circumstances. Are we operating from lack, fear or nervousness? Or do we have an internal knowing and peace about where we are, and where we are going?

Listen in as we observe the act of creating from a state of happiness, much like the one we had as children. And what does it take to integrate that energy into our life today?

It can be really irritating when those around you are oblivious to there surrounding, or the affects of their simple decisions.

In this episode we explore the idea of Self Awareness, and how programing our subconscious mind can play a role in what we put our focus on.

Are we aware of ourselves and the affects we have on all that is around you? Or are we daydreaming and caught up in the flow?

Our lives are a collection of little moments and markers that make up the larger story others tend to see. But as the creators, and the ones experience these things, we forget sometimes that we too can take a break and observe it from an outsiders view.

In this episode we will talk about the idea of finding Peace in the process of creating. Regardless of where we are and what we are experiencing. Take a step back, relax, and enjoy the experience.
