Lakshman and Urmila are my most favourite characters of Ramayan and I always feel that not enough is written about them. This brief insight into Urmila’s psyche was enlightening. What captured my attention most was the thought that even when 14 years had passed since Lakshman left for the exile and so many things happened, for Urmila it was only yesterday that Lakshman had left and came back.
