Financial advisors set themselves up for mediocrity or outright failure not because they lack the knowledge, skills, or intelligence to earn $1M per year, but for something far simpler (yet arguably harder to come to terms with).

The problem?

You're vastly underestimating the amount of leads required to succeed. This can lead to burnout, dips in your confidence, procrastination, shiny object syndrome, and other types of copium. Not because you lack the skills to earn $1M per year, but because you underestimated what it takes.

Here's the good news:

This is easier to fix than you think. If you have the patience and drive to follow through. And if you take your medicine by listening to today's show.

Listen now.

Show highlights include:

• The cold, hard truth about why you're not currently in the top 1% of financial advisors (and what you must do if you want to make $1M per year) (5:24)

• How to make it harder to slack off and stagnate than to grow as an advisor, an entrepreneur, and person (11:07)

• Why it takes far more leads than you think to reach $1M per year (I'll even give you a behind-the-scenes peek at my business's numbers to demonstrate you're vastly underestimating the number) (15:00)

• The step-by-step process for building a million dollar financial advice business from scratch (20:17)

• Why you need at least 400 leads a year to generate 20 new clients (21:22)
