Do you ever reach the end of a completely full day and find yourself thinking about everything you didn't get done? You worked, cared for your family, handled responsibilities, solved problems, and responded to whatever came your way—and yet, when the day ends, your unfinished to-do list is what stands out. If you're a working mom who often feels behind, overwhelmed, or frustrated by everything still waiting for you, this episode is for you. In this episode of the Faith Led Working Moms Podcast, we're talking about how to stop measuring your day by what you didn't finish and start recognizing what you did give your time and attention to. Because the truth is, you don't have to finish everything to have used your day well. As working moms, our time and energy are limited. We can't give everything the same amount of attention, and trying to do so can leave us constantly feeling like we're falling short. Instead, we need to become clear about what matters most and learn to make intentional choices with the time we have. Lindsay also shares how identifying your foundational priorities can help you make more confident decisions about your time, become more comfortable with your yeses and nos, and recognize that sometimes something remains unfinished because something else needed your attention. You'll also be encouraged to look at your day differently. Instead of ending the day asking, “Why didn't I get more done?” consider asking: “What did the Lord put in front of me today that needed my attention?” Because not everything that matters will be on your to-do list when you wake up. Your day may change. Your plans may change. Someone may need you. Something unexpected may come up. And when that happens, you may not accomplish everything you planned—but that doesn't mean you didn't use your time well. In this episode, you'll discover: Why unfinished tasks can make a full day feel unproductive Why working moms often feel like they're constantly behind How limited time and capacity can help us make wiser choices Why knowing your foundational priorities matters How priorities can give you more confidence in your yeses and nos A healthier way to evaluate your day How to stop allowing an unfinished to-do list to define your day Why you can have things left undone and still know you showed up well If you're tired of ending each day focused on what remains unfinished, I hope this episode helps you see your days through a different lens. You don't have to finish everything to have used your day well. Want help getting clear on your foundational priorities?
