Emma Wigmore is Chief Executive Officer of The Diocese of Chelmsford Vine Schools Trust and has spent more than 25 years working in education. From classroom teacher to CEO, her career has been shaped by a commitment to empowering others to flourish. Emma is passionate about developing leaders, building high-performing teams and promoting evidence-informed practice. She is also a vocal advocate for women in leadership, encouraging women to embrace leadership opportunities and lead with confidence, courage and authenticity.
