There is SO much chatter 'out there' with alcohol! "One glass a day is good for you! I only drink a couple at night.I drink because I want to have fun! I don't get hungover after drinking. I only drink on the weekends. I drink in moderation..." ALL the NOISE out there.
But there is just ONE question you have to ask yourself with alcohol, and that is, "IS THIS HEALING ME?" Because if it isn't helping you heal, it's harming you.
This question helps you get CLARITY on a very confusing topic. This is what I kept coming back to when I was drinking alcohol, and looking to quit. I had to get real with myself, honest, loving, and SEE what I was doing every week that was either keeping me stuck, or helping me EXPAND!!! So I had to start looking at alcohol.
