Adam is fully invested in Love Island and has thoughts. Lots of thoughts. He breaks down the current season, the contestants he’s rooting for, the couples he doesn’t trust, and why reality TV emotions move at warp speed. Plus, he’s heading to Boston to see Rosalía, recaps the grand opening of the medical spa, and may have accidentally convinced himself to become the official guinea pig for every treatment they offer. Also, a surprisingly passionate discussion about Invisalign, reality TV dating, and why Love Island might be the most over the top social experiment on television.

Adam is back from his sister’s wedding with stories, questions, and absolutely no explanation for how a simple weekend trip became so complicated. Between travel delays, questionable customer service, dog boarding guilt, and a few unexpected wins along the way, things rarely went according to plan. Plus, Love Island is back, the medical spa had its official ribbon cutting, and Adam is still trying to figure out whether some people are being rude or just speaking the local language.

Adam is recording at 7 a.m., which is already a crime against his body, his voice, and his general sense of self. He has a flight in a few hours, has not packed, needs to prep ten dog meals, and is using the podcast as a public packing checklist. He gets into traveling with JP, Memorial Day ruining his concept of time, the dogs’ very different daycare vibes, his sister’s wedding in the mid-Atlantic state of Pennsylvania, and whether he has what it takes to become a balloon arch artist.
