Just stories, the way people have always told them. But lately I’ve been wondering if that’s the problem. I don’t feel like I’m competing with anyone. I don’t belong to a category. And it feels like the algorithm doesn’t know where to put me. In this episode, I talk about: Why pure storytelling feels rare online The difference between telling a story and using a story A viral truck fire story that lost me when the agenda showed up Why I think storytelling is isolated - but not dead And why May 2026 feels like a turning point I’m not here to sell you anything. And I definitely wasn’t prepared to play one-on-one with Tim McGraw. But I said yes. What followed was one of the most surreal moments of my life — missed shots, nervous laughs, full-court pressure, and the realization that Tim McGraw is actually really good at basketball.     This week, I’m recording in the middle of moving-day chaos — new house, destroyed studio, a prosthetic socket that’s giving me more pain than it has in months, and a whole lot of stubbornness on my part. After losing my foot in 2023, I knew I wanted to keep doing things myself. So yes… I was moving washers and couches and hauling trailers. And for a while, it was going fine — until my socket started failing and the pain hit hard. That meant an emergency trip to the prosthetist right in the middle of moving. But the real disaster hit after the appointment: I reached into my pocket and realized I had the WRONG keys… and my actual truck keys were locked inside the truck. So now I’m outside, prosthetic hurting, trailer hooked up, long day behind me — and I’m crawling through a window like it’s a heist movie. 😅 This episode is real, messy, and honest — exactly what life looks like when you’re an amputee trying to keep things moving, literally and figuratively.
