Welcome back to this journey to Lake Garda.
In the previous episode, we established that Lake Garda is a strange, beautiful place, full of people relaxing.
Today, however, we're changing the tone: we're taking off our flip-flops, putting on our wetsuits, and strapping on our helmets, ready for an adventure that will take us from the sky to the lake's depths!
Because yes, if you thought you were coming here just to read a book on a deckchair, you've got the wrong lake. Or rather, you've got the wrong idea.

Stop looking at Google Maps for a moment, and I'll tell you where we are. We're in the place that has baffled geographers for centuries.
Is it a lake? Yes.
Is it a sea? Almost.
It's a state of mind where Germans and tourists from all over Europe find peace, and we Italians an escape from the stress of big cities.
