This week Andrew talks with US Army veteran & private equity executive Kate Migliaro. After graduating from West Point, Kate was deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan. Kate was awarded the FORSCOM J.P. Holland Award for best Military Police Company in the Army, the Combat Action Badge, & the Bronze Star. In 2011, Kate transitioned from the military to the private sector and now works in private equity building management teams for game-changing companies. This conversation is all about the moments that shaped her — as well as many of the mindsets, tools, & frameworks she learned in the military and uses today to cultivate world-class teams.
Programming Note: This week’s episode wraps up Season 16. New interview conversations return on January 7th!
