We did get into a crazy college football weekend with some wild finishes and upsets. A disappointing Week 1 of the NFL for the boys but we haven't fully given up. Football is fully back with week 1 of College Football having some controversy over the weekend and the NFL season opener (Patriots-Seahawks) happening while we were recording. Stu had an eventful Labor Day weekend after saying it was the worst holiday of the year. Team USA blows the Walker Cup and we come up with ideas on how we would fix Team USA golf going forward.

The LIV Golf farewell went off with hardly any fanfare. Wyndham Clark continues his run towards a surprise Player of the Year with a dominant win at the BMW Championship. The Tour Championship concludes the 2026 season and we're one step closer to a Match Play final.

Kenny is back from his golf trip at Pinehurst. LIV Golf is all over the news with Jon Rahm allegedly leaving, them canceling their year end tourney and more. Scottie Scheffler runs away with the FedEx St Jude Classic by 8 strokes and proves his ranking.

Kenny is back from the beach and we get caught up on all of the golf news we missed. Another young gun takes home the title for the 3rd week in a row with Michael Brennan winning the Wyndham Championship. There is a hole in one cheating scandal that has taken over golf feeds on social media. FedEx is rumored to not be renewing their contract as the PGA Tour’s tile sponsor right as the FedEx Cup playoffs are beginning.

Stu is back from the beach and we debate if there is anything better than a week at the beach. Stu missed a lot of golf, so we caught up on the past two weeks with a quick talk about Ryan Fox's win at The Open Championship and Jackson Koivun letting everyone know who he is in dominating fashion at the 3M Open. Kenny played a super exclusive course, RTJ, for the first time. The PGA Tour season is winding down with only 2 regular season tournaments left, starting with The Rocket Classic this week.

Tom Kim takes down some big names with a Sunday 64 to win the Scottish Open. Scottie Scheffler missed his first cut in 4 years. Golf mostly has the weekend to itself with not much else going on in the sports world (besides the World Cup). This season’s final major, the Open Championship, is this week at Royal Birkdale.
