• My testimony: 5 years to get pupillage, 3 months to get a promotion!
    Apr 4 2022

Legally Qualified Podcast is back from hiatus!

Not only am I now qualified, I am now a Senior Lawyer! That's right, me too I am still trying to make sense of it all. Just know that hard work and persistence is trully the key to achieving your goals. At the beginning of 2020 I was no longer applying for pupillage, I was fed up of being rejected and began to question if I am even meant to be a Barrister. I decided to make one application just because. In  2022 I am now a Senior Lawyer. #WontHeDoIt

    Nov 29 2021

The Comprehensive Revision Notes for Civil Litigation, BPC 2020-2021 Syllabus were written by two law students. Having both decided to embark on a legal profession later in life they wanted to ensure they were prepared for their exams. Civil Litigation is one of the toughest module on the Bar. In 2021 the pass rate was just 55%.  Emma Fielding and Anneka Sinclair Jenns worked tirelessly to write this guide to assist other fellow students in preparing for the exam. They did this considering the needs of those with learning difficulties such as dyslexia.
