Holy Spirit Advantage: Joy

Maybe you have a different perspective, but I consider it a shame when employees don’t take advantage of employer perks. Opportunities freely provided. Yet, disregarded.

I’m disappointed when the company will match the employee’s 401k savings; but the employee ignores the free money.

I just don’t understand employees who allow PTO to disappear rather than use it. I think employees are missing a great opportunity when they dismiss the company’s educational reimbursement.

FREE career advancement disregarded. Perks spurned. Left dormant. Unrealized.
