Welcome to Love Yourself Loudly — where self-love isn't a concept. It's a practice.

I'm Dr. Nina — a clinical psychologist, a mom, and a connector by nature. I ask a lot of questions, I live my life in color, and I've never been very good at playing small. This is where we have the real conversations — about how we love ourselves, how we show up in our relationships, and how we give ourselves full permission to take up space — boldly, unapologetically, without explanation.

We also get curious about why that's so hard. Why speaking kindly about ourselves can feel somehow wrong. Why confidence gets mistaken for arrogance, why being sure of yourself gets treated like a character flaw, why we've been taught that humility and self-worth can't coexist — and whether any of that was ever actually true.

This isn't about telling you how to live. It's an open invitation to explore — together — what it actually means to choose yourself, and to hold your self-respect and your humility in the same hands without apologizing for either.

Real dialogue, honest depth, and a space that meets you exactly where you are. No fluff. No performance.

New episodes every week. Follow the show so you never miss what's coming.

And remember: you deserve to love yourself loudly — and you're not sorry about it.

Love Yourself Loudly with Dr. Nina Polyné

Why is it that we can say "I love my kids" or "I love my friend" out loud without flinching — but the moment someone says "I love myself," the room goes weird, and it feels cringe?

I've been thinking about that for a long time.

I'm Dr. Nina Polyné — couples psychologist, relationship expert, and someone who believes the most important relationship you will ever have is the one with yourself.

Every week on Love Yourself Loudly, we get into the real stuff: the things that make self-love feel scary, pretentious, or just plain hard. Short episodes. Real talk. A new lens on something you already feel. And hopefully, permission to define what loving yourself actually looks like — on your terms.

This is not a destination I've arrived at. I'm in it too — figuring it out loud, right here with you, every week.

This podcast is for personal reflection and real conversation — not therapy or clinical advice. If you're in a hard place, please reach out to a licensed professional.

*New episodes every Sunday starting June 7th.* Let's do this — loudly and unapologetically.
