For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. When we have an urgent, heartfelt need to know that there’s nothing we can do to bring about the results we desire, we begin to pray fervently and without ceasing. I suppose we can all point to a time in our lives when we poured our hearts out to God to avoid or be relieved of a terrible trial. I have had a granddaughter and a grand nephew, both of whom have had open-heart surgeries, and as a family, that prayed without ceasing for a healthy outcome to the surgeries.

Whatever God declares is truth. This does not mean He is just truthful; it means that whatever He says is truth. If He declared the oceans of the world to be fresh water, He would not be wrong; they would become fresh. Truth originates from His words. What He declares is!
