Thank you for tuning in! This is a real treat here if you've been involved in the music business as a musician/fan/agent, etc. This entire idea was put together by Rick Carter who came up with this idea to meet once a month at a Hardees by his house and swap stories from years of touring in a blue collar band. In the first 6 months we had some amazing folks join us and tell us wild stories from their years out there touring as a musician. This, in turn, sparked OTHER stories from other guys in the group that they had forgotten about. The meet ups started running 2 hrs and ended with us saying, "Gosh I could sit here for hours and talk to you guys but I have to get to something." And it's true. Some of these stories have never been told. We might end up having a hard time finding enough microphones for everyone but for now I've corralled them into a studio to get these stories recorded for future generations of musicians coming up in the business. We hope to have more and more special guests as this thing catches fire. Like and share with someone you know that would find these stories interesting. Suggest guests in the comments and we'll try and wrangle them down to Birmingham. Please subscribe and like this video to get it out there. That little thing that costs nothing helps us out a bunch. On this episode we have Charles Z Wilson, Curt Granger and Rick Carter.

Travis Johnson is a comedian, military vet (Army), lead singer (Not4Nothin), and the list goes on and on. Born in Germany, lived in Montgomery and started his comedy career there. Moved to Birmingham and is now performing regularly on stage in his band and doing comedy. So you never know where you will find this guy. Today we sit down in Niceville, Florida on a military retreat/base. We found it a perfect location to just sit and pod. Please enjoy and if you have a second please rate and review this podcast. It helps me out tremendously. Full episode available on Youtube as well. This podcast is produced by Comedy Break-in.

Rick Strawn is a friend of mine who also owns a landscaping company. I've known him and his brother for a few decades. We don't spend much time talking about that though. For almost 20 years he worked for Norfolk Southern railroad company and we quickly jump into stories about his time on the rail. It's a fantastic episode and we have to end it before we're done with all of the stories he's got. But that's ok I'll have him back on! Enjoy this episode and please leave us a great review if you don't mind. There's SO many pods out there so everything helps!

Join me as we get to know Wood Delaine. Great comic who kills every time he gets up. Thanks for joining. Rate and review if you don't mind. Appreciate the support. Rate the pod while you're at it. There's so much noise out there. It all helps me out tremendously!

Hide your mother! Uncle Lazer is in studio for a BRAND NEW episode of Lynam up. Lazer talks about his childhood and what led to this character that's pretty close to the real him. Funny high school stories of how he evaded the law and his parents. We discuss comedy and how different everyone's path is to the top. Intro covers the Homewood debacle at the Edge that kind of blew up locally. Enjoy the episode and please rate and review the podcast so we can get it out there! Thanks for your support.
