you ever feel like you just don't have the structure to push yourself into confidence? I am here to share that it's something thats like a muscle…. you have to work at it and train it to be better… it wont just happen.

you need to find your space that you create to make yourself confident. I share what mine is and some things I go through to find that space to find confidence!

you are loved and remember this is real and raw and my experience… no professional here just the professional messy badass I am! ( see hahaha…. confidence!)

chaos can take over and you feel like you are consumed with so much and want to just shut down! I am grateful with the strength days to push thru and share my journey.

we are sharing in todays podcast the struggle with really communicating and finding your why on WHY you struggle and what is the deep parts of it that are the core feeling..

also… sharing a ahhhhahh moment on what mine really is with my younger self.

heal your own way… its messy and raw and hard but you can do this!

who are you surrounding your soul-self around? is it a good energy? do not drain yourself with someone that does not fill your soul with good shit! find your tribe.

I am going camping and disconnecting for a couple days! I will most likely record while I am out in nature in my favorite spot so the recording will be raw. and in space of happy! I love you!

take this time to listen and take what you want and leave the rest. its not professional advice just lil ole me sharing my little puzzle piece in this big world.

we all take everyday for granted.. you cant say you do not. we are all on this earth just trying to survive and try to push through the everyday bills and life…. but do you really think about what you are doing here? I know what I am supposed to do and its to spread light in this world. Remember we are not promised tomorrow! We lost a good friend yesterday and so just showing some real emotions on what I have experienced in my life (just a tiny bit)

this is my aaahhhaa moment that I am really feeling like I am struggling with feeling like I am not good enough and had to take a couple days to bring myself back while time down jumped on stage and sang on stage remembering who I am!
