Boy, do we have a tendency to avoid certain discomforts.

I imagine that you, as a leader, have some go-to pain points that you have normalized for yourself.

But what about the ones that you will make you a dervish of action to avoid dealing with it head on?

Yeah.

That one.

That's where the magic of new ideas, connections and concepts live.

I feel the pain too.

And practice leaning in while taking very good care of my energy.
