Lucy is a teacher who started to give cooking classes to help people cook great food that is good for them. She loved the results she saw for people. Lucy is also a Time Related Eater and her recipes are gut friendly, simple and intended to reduce the body’s glucose responses. She aims to help people lower their intake of Ultra Processed Food. Jo and Lucy talk about their shared mission to help people feel better both psychologically and physically through Time Related Eating and great food.
