    This episode was inspired by John Welwood’s beautiful metaphor of the castle with thousands of rooms — a symbol of our inner wholeness and the many parts that make us who we are.

    Each of us is born as a castle filled with light and shadow, joy and sorrow, creativity and calm. But as we grow, voices around us teach us to close certain doors — to hide our softness, our imagination, our sensitivity — just to fit in and be loved.

    In this meditation, I invite you to return home.
    To walk again through your inner halls, to open the doors you once closed, and to remember your fullness.

    As you breathe and visualize, let the golden cosmic light guide you back to the parts of yourself you may have forgotten.
    You are — and have always been — a magnificent universe living in human form.

    Take a deep breath… open the door… and step back into the light of your own castle.
