    As we approach the end of 2020, Team Health is under pressure. The National Bureau of Economic Research reports that the average workday has gotten longer during the pandemic by about an hour a day. Without a common language to understand how teams are wired for work, small misunderstandings can grow into conflict. Misalignment, uncertainty, interpersonal struggles, and missed expectations all put pressure on team effectiveness and productivity.
