    Should you kegel or should you not kegel?

    In my short answer, it depends. No matter what I want you to do is promise me this. 

    If you start having any pelvic floor symptoms during your everyday life. Reach out for help. Whether it be to me or to your pelvic health PT. 

    Kegels are for those who have a weak pelvic floor. If your pelvic floor is tight, doing kegels will only make your symptoms worse. I

    t is not normal to pee yourself. You can find relief to your symptoms. It is so important to find an exercise program that helps alleviate pelvic floor symptoms. 

    If you are working with a trainer and actively having these symptoms. Talk to them. Tell them. If they dont help you, find someone who can.
