  • 037 - How To Become The Next Level Version Of You Before She Arrives
    Feb 21 2026

This year has stretched me in ways I didn’t expect.

With Jackson starting school and stepping into a new role selling and designing new homes, our routines have shifted. There’s been friction. Highs and lows. Moments of gratitude and moments of “what am I doing?”

In this episode, I share what this season is teaching me about grounding myself daily, about finding gratitude in the chaos, and about what so many driven mums in business are actually missing.

Through this transition, I’ve uncovered a gap I feel deeply called to fill and I talk about what that means and where it’s leading.

    I also share:

    • My current morning routine
    • Why meditation is my non-negotiable right now
    • How I’m choosing to embody the next version of me before she fully arrives
    • How to act as if without knowing the how or the when

    This conversation is about becoming.
About rising into the woman you’re meant to be before the results show up.

If you’re in a season of change, friction, or expansion this one will resonate.

  • 035 - So Small, So Big. My First Born Has Started School. Emotions Are In Full Swing
    Feb 19 2026

Off the cuff episode. Jackson and Nickson are so close in age, yet this season has shown me just how differently time can feel for each of them.

One has started school, stepping into independence, new routines, and a whole new world. And I didn’t expect how emotional that transition would be. There’s something about watching your child walk into their next chapter that stretches your heart in ways you can’t prepare for.

But surprisingly, leaving preschool felt even more harder.

Nick is still so small… yet somehow so big at the same time. It’s that bittersweet space where you realise they don’t need you in quite the same way anymore.

This episode is about growth, identity shifts (for them and for us), and the quiet emotional layers of motherhood that no one really talks about.

If you’re navigating transitions with your kids, this one will feel close to home.

  • 034 -The New Contract Role I’ve Taken On for 2026 (And Why It Makes Sense Long-Term)
    Jan 25 2026

I’m sharing a update on what life has looked like lately, including stepping into a brand-new homes consultant sales role and how that opportunity came onto my radar.

I talk through the bigger picture behind this decision, referencing my long-term vision and goals (including what I shared back in Episode 27), and why having a clear vision, both individually and with your partner, is so important when making big life and career moves.

I take you behind the scenes of what this new role actually involves, the flexibility and contract structure, how my first week went, the challenges I’m navigating, and what I’m genuinely enjoying so far. I also reflect on what I know I’m good at, being a friendly first point of contact, working with people around their biggest assets, listening deeply, understanding their needs, and putting thoughtful plans together.

I also address the question some of you might be asking around Shaklee. That business isn’t going anywhere, if anything, I’m going all in even more this year. I share how I’m intentionally planning my weeks (referencing Episode 2), saying no to a lot, and being extremely deliberate with my time and energy. This year is about showing what’s possible when you build something meaningful alongside your existing work and life commitments, without burning out.

This is my quantum leap year. It’s not flashy or glamorous, it’s focused, disciplined, and requires me to go hard for a short season so I can create long-term freedom, flexibility, and impact. I’m so grateful you’re here for the journey.

And lastly… a small but honest life update, I’m drinking less too 😉

Thank you for being here and supporting the season I’m in.
