  • 028 - The Identity Shift I Didn’t See Coming

    In today’s episode, I’m unpacking a season of life that felt… strange. Not bad. Not overwhelming. Just this weird in-between where everything was shifting, expanding, and taking shape faster than I could make sense of.

    I started a brand-new business right in the peak of my marathon training.
    A week later, we began full pool renovations.
    There were people in and out of the house constantly.

    All good things. All things I’m deeply grateful for.
    But this season pulled me out of rhythm, and in the process, it showed me just how much power I’ve actually built within myself.

    For the last 18 months I’ve been working with Jess Mart, diving deep into mindset, rewiring limiting beliefs, protecting my energy, and learning how to be more, not do more. And it wasn’t until this chaotic little chapter that I realised just how far I’ve come.

    In this episode, I share the moment I understood I’ve stepped into the version of me I’ve been building for years and how letting go of my last business created the space for everything new to unfold.

    You’ll hear about:

  • 027 - Reading Out My Vision Statement And How To Create Your Own

    When you set a big vision, you choose not to live on autopilot and you’re designing how you want life to look and feel.

    Small, unclear goals won’t excite you, but bold ones spark commitment and inspire action. Boring won’t get you out of bed, but exciting will.

    Brainstorm these following areas and create a vision statement for you. The vision statement should get you excited to create what you want and work daily on your goals. It needs to be big because small goals wont get you going on hard days.

    Points to brainstorm what you want:

    • MONEY/INCOME/FINANCES
    • ENVIRONMENT/HOME
    • SELF CARE REGIME
    • ENERGY
    • FITNESS/MOVEMENT
    • RELATIONSHIPS

    Write yourself a letter as your future self. Where you are living? How do you dress? What does your days look like?

    Write a letter to your present self telling her what your life looks and feels like and what she has to look forward to.
