Move with Me is a beautiful MindGem for kids & their grown-up to do together.

If there’s been big feelings, tricky moments, a feeling of disconnection this is the MindGem to do right away.

Sometimes talking things out or trying to connect just doesn’t work too well when there’s big feelings involved on both sides or tiredness & irritation.

Co-regulation & connecting with each other can be challenging sometimes. That’s why I designed this Move with Me MindGem, to help you both move back to yourselves and towards each other.

It’s calming, but set to upbeat music to help increase energy and release the tricky stuff.

Just follow along with the instructions and you’ll soon be feeling better in no time.
